Anime Saimoe Tournament 2007, well, it’s not really is a tournament. You get to vote for famous character there, mainly female, and I think there are many run-ups before the final stage, where you can decide who’s best or like most. Here is the MAD, and if you’re unsure what MAD is, read here. I like this MAD a lot and was surprised at the number of new shows that it has, very up-to-date indeed. It’s fairly short though.
